At Cyklar, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Cyklar account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused beauty products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund has been processed.
